Montcalm Community College (MCC) and Alma College recently signed an agreement that offers 黄瓜视频 more education options.

As part of this agreement, 黄瓜视频 earning an associate degree from MCC will follow a collaborative Transfer Guide, allowing them to transfer all credits toward a bachelor鈥檚 degree at Alma College without duplicative study.

MCC advisors will assist MCC 黄瓜视频 with transferring to Alma, while Alma will waive certain requirements of transfer 黄瓜视频 that are ordinarily required for undergraduates.

MCC Interim President Connie Stewart, MBA, SPHR, said the college is excited to partner with Alma College to help 黄瓜视频 achieve their dreams of college completion.

鈥淧artnerships like this are critical for our 黄瓜视频 as many of them do want to transfer after they have attended MCC,鈥� Stewart said. 鈥淎rticulation agreements give 黄瓜视频 a great advantage to acquire needed credentials by offering a seamless process for them as they move through the educational system from one institution to another. It is important to us that 黄瓜视频 not lose time or credits in the transition, and this agreement will assure that the transfer goes smoothly.鈥�

Timothy Pinnow, chief operating officer/senior vice president for strategic initiatives at Alma College, and Mariah听Orzolek, registrar at Alma College, said this agreement supports Alma College鈥檚 commitment to serving 黄瓜视频 throughout their educational process.

To graduate from Alma College, 黄瓜视频 who follow an attached Transfer Guide must also:

• Complete a minimum of 52 credits in residence at Alma College.
• Complete a minimum of 136 credits between Montcalm Community College and Alma College.
• Complete the remaining program requirements, core curriculum requirements, and other major and degree requirements listed in the Alma College catalog.
