Explain how the project will further the mission of MCC.

Describe the number of people that will be impacted by this project.

Outline the objectives of the project. Project outcomes and objectives should be clear, measurable and tangible (e.g., the project will result in improved student learning, greater public awareness, new products, new or improved systems, replicable models, provision of services, research findings, etc)

Explain in detail how the project will be evaluated. Discuss your methods for measuring the degree to which objectives and outcomes will be met and demonstrate an impact.

Outline additional sources of revenue, if any, that will be necessary to accomplish this project (e.g., college budget, other grants, etc.).

If this project is ongoing, outline plans for sustaining it after grant funds have been exhausted.
